Changing regulations, technological development and different rules for organizing work, depending on the level of investment in safety, all mean that employees should be trained on a regular basis. Sometimes this is a legal requirement (e.g. periodic OHS training), but in other cases neglecting this opportunity to raise employees’ awareness may contribute to an increase in accidents or, at best, to a growing number of near-miss incidents. Higher awareness leads to work being performed correctly from a technological point of view, which in turn affects the quality of the product or service and ultimately benefits both the employee and the employer.

Various teaching methods can be used to upskill employees. One of these is so-called remote training that uses e-learning. With this method, periodic OHS training, advanced courses, product training and other types of training can be delivered.
